All items are considered final sale. 

All Natural Gem Home/Office display is refundable only if the item was received damaged due to shipping. Customer will need to provide video upon opening of the package to prove that the item was received damaged. Please forward the video to any of the contact details above.

All US local shipment will be free of charge for items $200 or more.
